6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 9:00 AM–4:30 PM

As our Barista Bistro Team Member
, you’ll help keep our dining experience running smoothly — from opening the Bistro and greeting guests to preparing drinks and handling transactions.

• Welcoming residents and guests with a smile (you’ll be the friendly face they remember!)
• Taking and preparing orders — everything from coffee to grab-and-go snacks
• Running the register and handling payments accurately (cash + cards)
• Keeping the Bistro sparkling clean and stocked
• Supporting your team during busy meal times
• Making sure every interaction feels warm, efficient, and kind

You’ll also be part of a team that lives out the values of integrity, compassion, service, and excellence every day.

• Follow all health and food safety guidelines (we’ll train you!)
• Keep work areas tidy and sanitized
• Report any safety issues right away

• Age 16+ (required — you’ll be using standard food-service equipment)
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to get your Oregon Food Handler’s Card (or already have one)
• Reliability and a desire to grow and learn

• Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and reference checks
