DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in order and sanitary condition with a strong focus on food safety and hygiene.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on a conveyor for the dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth as per equipment and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels per provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers, steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans as needed.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Pay Range: $16.50 – $16.90 per hour.
• Full‑time schedule with flexibility; PM shifts, weekends included.
