As a Certified Leader at Hawaiian Bros, you will be the captain of the ship during your shift, guiding your crew to success while serving up fresh and flavorful island-inspired dishes. You’ll keep the team energized, the customers happy, and the kitchen running smoothly—all while embodying the spirit of aloha.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm, friendly, and upbeat leadership to your crew, ensuring everyone is having fun while delivering top‑note service.
- Be the face of Hawaiian Bros, greeting guests with a smile, handling concerns, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling like they’ve experienced paradise.
- Supervise and motivate crew members, ensuring they understand tasks, stay on track, and maintain high standards of service.
- Oversee daily operations—keep things flowing, ensure food quality, manage the team’s pace, and troubleshoot any issues that arise with a positive attitude.
- Help onboard new team members, guiding them with aloha to become experts in delivering a smooth, fun, and friendly experience.
- Handle opening and closing duties, including cash management, inventory control, and ensuring the restaurant is left in pristine condition.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed and cleanliness is maintained, keeping the restaurant as beautiful and inviting as the Hawaiian Islands.
- Lead by example, keep morale high, celebrate wins, and support team members in their personal growth.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Prior leadership or team experience (fast‑paced environment bonus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems quickly.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for Hawaiian culture and love of the island vibe.
