Leads a cross-functional team and coordinates material flow to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and delivery objectives. Drives operational performance through leadership, workforce management, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
** JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movement, to meet production and delivery requirements.
* Coordinate material flow and distribution across warehouse locations and production areas to ensure continuity of supply.
* Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including system transactions, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
* Monitor and drive performance through KPIs (such as; safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and attendance); communicate results and take corrective action.
* Identify and resolve operational issues related to inventory, workflow, staffing, and material flow; escalate systemic issues as needed.
* Lead, coach, and develop team members; support performance management, training, onboarding, and employee engagement.
* Manage workforce administration, including timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling to meet operational demands.
* Partner cross-functionally and with HR to address employee relations, staffing needs, and operational challenges.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, including safe operation of material handling equipment (PIT).
* Drive continuous improvement using lean principles; support cost control, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

**** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*** Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
* In-depth knowledge of inventory control, material flow, and distribution processes.
* Working knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Working knowledge of safety standards and material handling practices.
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
* Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to analyze performance data and drive corrective actions.
* Proficiency in standard computer and operational systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across shifts and operations.
** Education and Experience
*** 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
* 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
* Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
