MSA Home Health is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team. If you’re passionate about helping people live healthier, more independent lives — and you want the flexibility to manage your own schedule — this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do- Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients across your assigned territory
- Follow individualized care plans, adjusting treatment as needed
- Help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain independence
- Work closely with families, physicians, and other care team members
- Monitor and document progress to ensure goals are being met

- Current CPR certification
