Newberry Health is seeking full-time Human Resource Generalist to join our exceptional team. Located in Newberry County, SC, Newberry Health is a 90-bed, acute care, independent, not-for-profit hospital recognized with the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. We are proud of our strong leadership, dedicated staff, and commitment to providing high-quality care for our patients.
Responsibilities- The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing the organization’s policies and practices.
- Education and Experience: Applicant must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in human resources or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP preferred.
