Position Summary
Develop annual business plans for executing department strategies based on understanding the company's strategy and business objectives (provide input in developing department strategies) manage KPI (Key Performance Index) to reach procurement goals, and direct innovation and operation of procurement organizations.
Role and Responsibilities
Implement purchasing strategy for local partsIncrease local spend based on cost analysis to improve product costReduce import spend to increase proportion of spend locally based on cost analysisPlan yearly negotiations with local suppliersDevelop and reach KPI goals and establish counter measures by reviewing and monitoring KPI performanceReview the team's performance and give regular feedback to team membersReview the status of new model development & review price contracts with the teamSkills and Qualifications
Education:
