Are you a leader with a passion for people and a knack for problem‑solving? We’re looking for a Janitorial Assistant Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be the key to ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong employee relations. You will report to the Account or Operations Manager and will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of service.

You’ll Do
  • Customer and Team Management:
    You will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships. You will also lead and train your team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence:
    You’ll oversee all aspects of our service delivery, from creating work schedules and establishing standards to conducting site audits and managing inventory and budgets.
  • Problem‑Solving:
    You will be on the front lines, troubleshooting issues and ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and cost‑effectively.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    You will ensure all operations meet environmental, local, state, federal, and company safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    You should have 3-5 years of supervisory experience and a proven track record of coaching, motivating, and leading a team.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Strong communication is a must. You’ll need to be able to interact professionally with both clients and your team, providing clear direction and feedback.
  • Financial Acumen:
    You should be able to create productivity, staffing, and budget plans, and make adjustments as needed to meet financial goals.
  • Customer Focus: A high level of commitment to client satisfaction and quality standards is essential. You’ll be the face of our programs and services, and your passion for people will be a key to your success.
