We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Newberry, SC. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards. This role entails managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, expediting project processes, overseeing inspections, and supervising logistics and resource allocation to achieve project goals efficiently.

• Proficiency in Project Management and experience leading construction projects successfully.
• Strong skills in Expediting and expertise as an Expeditor to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee effective resource planning and supply chain coordination for projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and implement effective communication strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but can be replaced with 5 years of Project Management.
• Proficiency with construction project management software and tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and commitment to creating a secure work environment.
