Shift supervisor responsible for day‑to‑day operation of Mold Center activities.

• Supervisor familiar with all operations in the Mold Center with the ability to advise and train less experienced mold center personnel.
• Responsible for day‑to‑day activities of the mold center, including schedule of mold and die PMs, engineering changes and repairs for the maintenance team.
• Responsible to maintain and sustain 3C5S in mold center.
• Responsible to maintain all Samsung policies for safety, quality and productivity of his/her shift/team.
• Keeps daily attendance audit for his/her shift/team.
• Reports any problems with molds, dies, machinery or personnel to Mold Center Part Leader.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by part leader or MIP group leader.

• Education:
  
  Minimum Associate Degree, or High school diploma.
• Experience:
  
  5 years’ experience in supervising and troubleshooting mold/die issues.
• Knowledge:
  Forklift, Overhead crane, CNC, EDM, Wire, Welding, manual mill, lathe and grinder. Mold and Die troubleshooting and repair.
• Skills:
  
  Good communication skills, problem‑solving ability, MS Office or other production related system skills such as SGTM.
• Physical Demands:
  Frequently required to stand; use hands to handle and reach. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Domestic role. No direct interaction with HQ or region.
