- Perform thorough inspection and analysis of the current procedures being practiced in steel cord production;
Evaluate the current treatment processes - Identify areas of potential improvement/correction
- Inspect operation parameters and production schedules, assess present inventory/equipment requirements/fulfillments, and present recommendations for areas for improvement
- Ensure proper installation and operations of equipment and processes for the production of steel cords to properly commission and provide overall production optimization.
- Provide technical instruction and training to production workers in steel cord production and treatment technologies and machinery/equipment usage, maintenance, and quality control.
High School/GED, 24 months of Steel Cord Production Specialist (Technician) or a related occupation, the required two years of experience as Steel Cord Production Specialist (Technician) or a related occupation must come from the relevant work at a steel cord production facility required.
