Mid Atlantic Search Consultant - Permanent Placement-Manufacturing, Logistics and Business Services
Leads quality control operations and oversees QC staff to ensure compliance with the facility’s Quality Management System. Serves as the site’s Quality Representative, reporting system performance to leadership, engaging with external stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Reports to Plant leadership and leads a small team of QC personnel
- Oversees implementation of the Quality Policy and serves as the facility’s Quality Management Representative
- Responsible for hiring & managing QC staff, cultivating a customer-focused quality culture, and ensuring compliance through audits and process monitoring
- Supports data analysis, documentation, training, and inspection activities, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in Quality control within a Manufacturing setting
- Proficient in managing ISO 9001 QMS system
- Must have leadership experience managing direct reports in the Quality department
- Experience leading projects for internal audits and root cause analysis assessment
