Overnight Certified Shift Manager in Newberry, SC – $17/hr

We are looking for an Overnight Certified Shift Manager to lead our shift operations at a McDonald’s restaurant in Newberry, South Carolina. The role requires being available overnight and ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every customer visit.

• Receive orders and prepare food as required.
• Check food temperature to ensure safety.
• Administer cash positions and handle bank deposits.
• Communicate new updates and changes to staff.
• Purchase supplies and manage labor costs.
• Maintain inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Safeguard the environment through proper safety and security measures.
• Schedule and train crew members as needed.

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
