We are hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and maintain merchandise displays at Lowe’s.
Key Responsibilities- Provide SMART customer service at all times through executing Lowe’s policies, procedures and programs.
- Manage merchandise resets and ensure they meet Lowe’s specifications.
- Build relationships with vendors and verify that merchandise is correct.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities是真的么 and schedules.
- Analyze metrics and provide feedback to store, market and corporate leaders.
- Engage with customers to locate, demonstrate, select, carry, and load merchandise; walk them through projects when necessary.
- Maintain merchandise stock, verify buyback items, and ensure items for Return to Manufacturer are processed.
- Identify and remove damaged or missing items; order replacements as needed.
- Apply pricing labels, ensure visibility, and replace missing signage.
- Update way finding and product location signage and maintain digital and offline records.
- Ensure cross‑merchandise placement and side stack products to promote add‑on sales.
- Work with leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for quick sale.
- Organize bins, drawers, and boxes, maintaining proper locations for all items.
- Merchandise per plantogram and place plants as they arrive.
- Maintain clean and safe stores, remove trash, comply with housekeeping standards, and ensure aisles are clear.
- Complete completion details for all reset, service, and maintenance tasks.
- Repair or replace damaged packaging, supplies, lighting and other maintenance issues.
- Detect security risks and report to management and Asset Protection.
- Comply with safety requirements, including top‑stock safety, safety cables, aisle blockers and other devices.
- Operate store equipment such as telephone, paging system, copiers, CCTV, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, floor cutters, compacter baler.
- Accountable for additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain point‑of‑sale and bin signage, audit and update pricing labels.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience.
- 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays.
- 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts or order pickers.
