Hourly Paid Lecturer - Aesthetics

Salary: £23.59 - £46.42 per hour

Hours: 14 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-term, ending 30/06/26

We are looking for a lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Level 4 and 5 Aesthetics programmes.

• Deliver specialist knowledge and practical instruction in advanced aesthetic techniques
• Support learners to achieve professional standards and industry‑recognised competencies
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive and innovative learning environment

• Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE) or willingness to attain one within a specified time scale
• Enhanced Disclosure from DBS and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) if appropriate; successful candidates will be expected to pay for these
• Basic Welsh language skills or willingness to undertake training (desirable)
