Senior Quantity Surveyor – Edinburgh – Permanent Position

Certain Advantage is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Edinburgh on a permanent basis. MEP experience within data centre projects is strongly preferred.

We’re working with a successful global consulting and project management firm specializing in real estate, infrastructure, and construction. We help clients plan, design, and deliver complex buildings and urban developments from early feasibility studies all the way through to completion and operation. We combine engineering expertise with sustainability and digital innovation and often work on large-scale projects such as corporate headquarters, hospitals, airports, and smart city developments, ensuring they’re efficient, environmentally responsible, and future ready.

• Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments.
• Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability.
• Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business.
