Unilever in Crumlin, Wales seeks a Cell Leader for our high-volume Pot noodle factory to strengthen production, own line efficiency and drive improvements. You will lead a cross-functional cell, manage CIL processes, and champion safety, quality and GMP standards on the shop floor.
You will coordinate Kaizen activities with process engineers and focus engineers, own daily/weekly/monthly cell agendas, and liaise with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Safety to achieve strong OEE and labour
