Unilever Crumlin, Wales, seeks a Cell Leader to strengthen our production team in a high‑volume FMCG setting. You will lead the cell with engineers, own safety, quality and OEE improvements, and drive CILR standards across the line.
You will manage daily/weekly/monthly agendas, deploy KPIs, and lead Kaizen activities to reduce losses and improve labour productivity. Strong leadership and GMP compliance are essential.
