Location: Newbridge, Edinburgh

Pay: £23.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday - 7am till 5pm

Are you an experienced Joiner or Shuttering Joiner looking for a hands‑on role within a busy manufacturing environment? We're hiring Factory Joiners to join a busy team in Newbridge, Edinburgh
.

You’ll be working within a factory environment, manufacturing timber moulds used for concrete casts and ensuring all products are produced accurately and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manufacturing timber moulds for concrete casts
• Measuring, cutting and assembling timber to specific dimensions
• Working from technical drawings, plans and specifications
• Using a range of hand and power tools
• Constructing shuttering, moulds and timber frames
• Ensuring moulds are accurately manufactured and finished
• Carrying out quality checks on completed moulds
• Making adjustments and modifications where required
• Preparing moulds for concrete casting
• Moving and handling timber and materials safely
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the factory
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

• £23.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday - 7am till 5pm

• Previous experience as a Joiner, Shuttering Joiner, Carpenter or similar
• Experience working with timber and using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and work from drawings and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a busy factory environment
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good awareness of Health & Safety
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
