Position: Senior Sales Assistant – Cash Office/Tills
Location: Newbridge Nurseries, part of the Blue Diamond Group
Hours: 34 hours per week, including alternate weekends
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

As Senior Sales Assistant in the Cash Office/Tills, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate transactions while delivering excellent customer service. You will be a point of contact for customers, assisting with purchases, payments, and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tills efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with enquiries.
• Support colleagues across departments as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and well‑organised till and cash office area.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure security and compliance.
• Support the team during busy periods and alternate weekends.

Experience in retail, cash handling, or customer service.

Strong numeracy and attention to detail.

Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with customers.

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
