- Visitor and Customer Assistance:
Greet visitors warmly, monitor showroom customers, and promptly attend to their needs. - Efficient Communication:
Manage the switchboard professionally, promptly relay messages, and ensure timely responses to emails and complaints. - Showroom and Facility Maintenance:
Keep the showroom and promotional materials well-organised, clean, and fully stocked. - Tracking and Reporting:
Record showroom footfall, sales inquiry sources, and maintain an appointment diary; provide weekly updates to the Sales Department. - Support for Events:
Assist with promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.

Salary up to £8,261.50
This is a part time position working 12.5 hours per week - 9am to 5pm on a Saturday and 12pm to 5pm on a Sunday
