All screens Nationwide Ltd in Caerphilly seeks a full-time Scheme Support Officer to join our Supported accommodation service, Ty Croeso. You’ll work with project workers to promote tenancy management skills and provide housing-related support to adults aged 18 and over.
The role involves engaging with diverse clients, some with trauma and complex needs, and delivering activities in a Psychologically Informed Environment. Training and supervision are provided.
