Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Multi-Specialty Healthcare system seeks to add another full-time Physician Assistant to their team.

• Responsibilities will include both the OR and the clinic.
• The Physician Assistant will run their own clinic which includes seeing both new and follow-up patients.
• Specific responsibilities includes: first assisting, running clinics, post and pre-operative care, H&P s, rounding, casting, writing prescriptions and managing records.
• This is 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
• Successful candidate should be PANCE certified.
• The group requires some orthopedic experience but will train a PA with some surgical experience.
• The group prefers candidates with some ties to the general region.
• The location is in within the Newburgh, NY area.
• The area provides many universities, relative affordability, very good schools, and many great outdoor activities.
• Compensation: depends on experience level and includes an incentive bonus.
