In this full-time role, you will work in a well-equipped outpatient clinic that prioritizes quality care over high patient volume, allowing you to focus on providing personalized treatment to each patient.

As a Physical Therapist at Inner Sage, you will be part of a nurturing and collaborative team that values professional development and individual contributions. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, providing a structured and consistent work schedule. The environment is designed to be inviting and positive, aimed at enhancing both patient and employee satisfaction. You will work closely with your colleagues to develop effective treatment strategies and support one another in challenging cases.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks aimed at improving patient outcomes. These include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of new patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to promote mobility and relieve pain.
• Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and strategies for improving functional independence.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, when necessary, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.

Our clinic serves a diverse population of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals managing chronic conditions such as arthritis or neurological disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances. The manageable caseload of 6-7 patients per day allows you to devote ample time to each individual, enhancing the quality of care provided.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred.

While at least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist is required, we welcome candidates with outpatient experience who can bring fresh perspectives to our practice. Those new to outpatient settings are also encouraged to apply, as we provide mentorship and training.
