Do you have strong administrative and organisational skills and an interest in finance? Do you want to be part of an organisation that makes a difference to the lives of autistic young people with complex needs, while gaining a qualification and hands‑on experience in a purchasing environment? Prior's Court is looking for an Apprentice Purchasing Assistant to join our team near Newbury.
Please note:
This role is based fully onsite at our location near Newbury. Due to our location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
You will provide administrative and operational support to the purchasing function, ensuring the efficient processing of purchase orders and accurate maintenance of purchasing records. Prior's Court will support you in gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Procurement and Supply Assistant.
What we are looking for:- Good administrative and organisational skills with an ability to complete a variety of tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge or experience of the charity sector (desirable)
- Experience of Sage Intacct software (desirable)
- An understanding of autism (desirable)
- Salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per year
- Support to gain a Level 3 Diploma in Procurement and Supply Assistant
- 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
- 33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays
