Permanent, Temporary & Fixed-Term We're Always Looking for School Administration Professionals! Do you have strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting education? We are continuously recruiting for a variety of school-based administration roles across primary, secondary, academy, and specialist schools. Whether you're an experienced School Administrator, Receptionist, Attendance Officer, PA, Office Manager, or looking to bring your administration experience into the education sector, we'd love to hear from you.
Typical Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, pupils, and staff Managing school reception and general office administration Maintaining pupil records and school databases Monitoring attendance and supporting attendance processes Handling telephone calls, emails, and correspondence Providing administrative support to school leadership teams and teaching staff Assisting with admissions, HR, finance, and safeguarding administration Organising meetings, events, and school communications What We're Looking For Previous administration, reception, or office experience Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
Experience with in a school setting and knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom is advantageous but not essential Why Register with Reed?
