We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding client services team. You will be goal-orientated, thrive on challenges, a problem-solver with an aptitude for building strong client relationships and driving projects to completion within time and budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating orders and projects through our internal workflow from receipt of enquiry through to delivery
  • Owning customer service, ensuring clients are updated as often as they need throughout the project cycle and communicating changes, challenges, or questions between the business and the client
  • Order quoting and processing
  • Working with our Sales team, Production, Installation and Suppliers to clarify solutions to client’s requirements
  • CRM management: creating and maintaining accurate project records and schedules
  • Ability to interpret design and engineering drawings and co-ordinate the drawing approval process
  • Document Control – uploading project documents to our supplier portals and our internal CRM portal
  • Producing bespoke operations and maintenance manuals where necessary
  • Travelling onsite to meet with clients, third parties and sub-contractors
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills and experience:

  • Proven Account Management experience within a creative, production or manufacturing industry or similar
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service with a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop good internal and external business relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT literacy especially Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in using a CRM and following a clear process
  • Ability to interpret design and engineering drawings
  • Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
