Position: VodafoneThree Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship

Location: Newbury office + Hybrid
* Salary: £26,300 (non-London) and £28,940 (London), plus annual performance bonus and Vodafone Three benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

You’ll Do

You’ll join Vodafone Three’s network team - where our mission is to build the UK’s best network. We’ll connect millions of people and businesses across the country. Be part of the team that makes it all happen - simplifying, automating, and bringing better connectivity than ever before, with giga-fast speed, to our customers.

As a Project Management apprentice, you’ll help deliver projects that build and improve our network s could include rolling out new technology, expanding coverage, replacing old systems, or supporting next‑generation connectivity initiatives.

  • Work with colleagues across Networks, wider Vodafone Three teams, and key suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the right quality.
  • Help spot risks and issues early, working with the team to keep the project moving in the right direction.
  • Learn how to bring the right people together by understanding the skills needed and helping shape the project team.
  • Help define who does what, how everyone works together, and support feedback that helps the project succeed.
  • Support managing the project scope and keeping everything aligned when things change.
  • Share clear, timely project updates with stakeholders, and know when to elevate to keep momentum high.

Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll study toward a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, delivered by one of our trusted training partners.

Who You Are
  • You’re great at staying organised, juggling tasks, setting priorities, and planning your work so you always stay ahead.
  • You enjoy working with different teams and people, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal.
  • You’re proactive and take ownership, if something needs doing, you jump in and make it happen.
  • You must hold GCSE English & Maths at Grade 4/C or above by September 2026.
  • Must meet UK Government apprenticeship levy funding eligibility requirements.
