Job DescriptionVodafone Three seeks an experienced leader to manage the commercial governance of our intercompany relationships across Business and Consumer, covering contracts, financial, performance and stakeholder dimensions for an annual contract value of ~£0.4bn.
- Commercial governance of contractual, financial, performance and relationship aspects of Intercompany agreements with Vodafone Group (VSA, CKHH TSA Services) for ~£0.4bn annual value.
- Develop a long‑term commercial strategy in collaboration with Business Owners to secure stakeholder outcomes, deliver incremental benefits and best value.
- Lead new intercompany agreements, service scope, change requests, work orders, contract variations and disputes for Business and Consumer.
- Build and lead virtual, cross‑functional teams to achieve key outcomes.
- Encourage a collaborative approach to contract‑related challenges; foster ownership and budget accountability in business owners.
- Maintain an 18‑month rolling view of contract commitments to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Lead strategic evaluation of new services/contracts and scope changes, working with procurement, legal and finance to support board recommendations.
- Represent Vodafone Three’s commercial position at contractual governance meetings; ensure senior stakeholders are briefed and governance processes are followed.
- Build trust and transparency with stakeholders through active listening, clear information sharing and prompt concern resolution.
- Proven experience in contract governance and strategic planning.
- Experience managing and leading negotiations of high‑value, complex contractual arrangements and performance management within technology/services contracts.
- Expertise in senior stakeholder management and influence across internal and external organisations; strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
