Vodafone Three - Contracts Lead (MBNL)
Location: Newbury + Hybrid
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri
Responsibilities- Develop and own the contract management plan to support the in-life cycle of large‑scale contracts.
- Provide contractual clarity and positions to internal stakeholders, highlight risks to the Partnership Lead and present mitigation plans.
- Work closely with Network Design, Build and Operational teams, ensuring clear understanding of contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure accurate payments, credits and identify commercial opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters with suppliers or partners.
- Implement and manage processes to track, monitor and report compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide reporting to key stakeholders on conformance, risk and issues.
- Prepare and submit formal contract change correspondence (e.g., Contractual Change Notes).
- Provide guidance to Strategy team on contract implications for grid optimisation.
- Manage contractual disputes and engage legal resources as needed.
- Own all contractual communication with suppliers or partners.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations, milestones and scope are understood and adhered to.
- Manage contract risk and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience translating complex contracts into an ope rationalised contract management plan in the telecommunications sector.
- Good understanding of contract risk and risk‑management strategies.
- Strong commercial and partner management experience with demonstrable evidence of creating value.
- Relationship management of suppliers or partners.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly at all organisational levels.
- Strong analytical skills, able to solve complex problems and make effective decisions.
