Psixty is recruiting an Operations Executive to join our energy consultancy and help manage customer journeys from onboarding through ongoing account support. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure contracts are processed smoothly and customers receive exceptional service.
You will handle billing and usage queries, contribute to reporting, and support retention initiatives in a fast-paced team environment.
