Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location:
Newbury + Hybrid. Salary:
Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.
Working hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

What you will doAs an Employee Relations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by providing expert guidance on complex cases, supporting business transformation initiatives, and helping leaders navigate challenging people matters with confidence. You will join a collaborative team that values sound judgement, continuous improvement and a people-first approach, while giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
- You will provide expert, commercially focused advice on complex and high-risk employee relations matters, ensuring decisions are consistent, compliant and aligned with established frameworks.
- You will take ownership of complex ER cases from end to end, driving timely and effective resolution while identifying when escalation is required.
- You will act as a point of support and guidance for ER specialists, sharing expertise and helping build capability across the team.
