As a Handsets Trading Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance across our handset portfolio. Working with teams across Pricing, Acquisition, Retention, and Commercial Trading, you’ll use data, market insight, and customer trends to support trading decisions, optimise propositions, and help deliver our growth objectives.

• Monitor handset trading performance and provide analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and delivery of the 12-month handset trading plan, ensuring activity aligns with agreed commercial objectives and key milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams to support the delivery of trading initiatives and business priorities.
• Work closely with Acquisition and Retention teams to support handset pricing activity and optimise customer propositions.
