As a Commercial Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our Retail channel stay resilient, customer-focused, and ready to adapt in a fast-changing telecommunications environment. When complex challenges arise that don't fit established processes, you'll help provide the clarity, insight, and commercial thinking needed to move the business forward. Working with a high level of autonomy, you'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, use data to uncover meaningful insights, and turn complexity into practical solutions that support both customers and commercial success.

• Support the resolution of complex and non-standard commercial challenges that sit outside traditional processes and frameworks.
• Use large and complex datasets to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Transform data into clear, actionable analysis that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business functions to deliver effective commercial outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of key issues.
• Create high-quality presentations, briefing papers, dashboards, and reports for senior leaders and external partners.
• Communicate complex commercial topics in a clear, concise, and engaging way, adapting your approach for different audiences.
• Help ensure retail operations continue to run smoothly by supporting timely and effective decision-making on business-critical issues.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, bringing curiosity, insight, and a customer-focused mindset to every challenge.

• Solving complex commercial challenges and providing pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer, operational, and business priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and translating findings into meaningful insights.
• Experience using data to support decision-making and influence outcomes.
• Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills, with the ability to create impactful dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across diverse teams.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for partnering with others to achieve shared goals.
• An understanding of SQL is desired but not essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• A curious, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
