Location: Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.

As Analytics & Reporting Lead, you'll help transform complex data into meaningful stories that drive action. You'll work across Finance Operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership to uncover opportunities, anticipate challenges, and influence strategic decisions. Combining analytical expertise with curiosity and collaboration, you'll play a key role in helping the business deliver greater value for customers while supporting sustainable commercial performance.

• Develop strategic, forward-looking insights that explain changing customer, market, and portfolio performance and support informed business decisions
• Create meaningful analysis that identifies opportunities, risks, and emerging trends across the Vodafone Three customer base
• Design and deliver new automated reporting solutions using Qlik, improving accessibility, efficiency, and impact of business insights
• Use internal and external data sources to build a deeper understanding of customer behaviours, market dynamics, and commercial performance
