We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to run a small, high-end residential development near Newbury from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on site manager with a strong residential background, who takes pride in delivering projects to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the project from groundworks through to handover.
* Maintaining regular communication with both subcontractors and the client.
* Maintaining health & safety standards on site
* Coordinating subcontractors and materials
* Ensuring programme deadlines are met
Requirements:
* Previous experience delivering a high-end residential project from start to finish.
* Gold CSCS card or above, SMSTS and First aid
Salary: £p/d
