Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to run a small, high-end residential development near Newbury from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on site manager with a strong residential background, who takes pride in delivering projects to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the project from groundworks through to handover.

• Maintaining regular communication with both subcontractors and the client.

• Maintaining health & safety standards on site

• Coordinating subcontractors and materials

• Ensuring programme deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering a high-end residential project from start to finish.

• Gold CSCS card or above, SMSTS and First aid

Salary: £260/270p/d
