Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor at our main dealership in Newbury. The role offers a basic salary of £30,000, a CSI Bonus potential of £4,000+, and opportunities for upselling. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 6:00, with no weekend shifts.

What the role involves:

• Use specialist fault‑finding equipment to diagnose vehicle issues.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain the dealership’s excellent reputation.
• Handle upsell opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Manage appointments and customer communications independently.

What we need from you:

• Experience working as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• A mindset for solving problems, dealing with customers, and working independently.
• A valid driving licence.
