We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Executive to join our client's team, offering post-sale customer support.
In this role, you'll handle contract processing, help onboard new clients, tackle everyday operational issues, and offer excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:- Submit and track client contracts using partner portals. Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to make sure everything gets signed and activated on time.
- Help clients onboard smoothly. Resolve transfer delays or objections with partners and show clients how to use our platform and portals.
- Act as the go between Sales, Customer Success, and external partners. Monitor accounts, resolve operational tickets, and fix issues quickly.
- Keep client satisfaction high to support our retention targets. Help win back inactive accounts, spot expansion opportunities, and share feedback with leadership when accounts churn.
- Track portal usage, engagement, and service requests to make smart decisions. Build simple dashboards and handle routine tasks like bill validations and usage checks.
- Answer client and partner questions about billing, access, or contracts. Fix current issues fast and find ways to prevent them from happening again.
- Previous experience in operations, account management, or client support role.
- Confident IT user.
- Clear and professional written and verbal skills with an ability to collaborate across different teams and external partners.
- Comfortable working with data, running reports, and doing routine account audits.
- A logical thinker with the ability to multi‑task.

Up to £32,000 DOE - Hours:
Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm)
