• Deliver emotional wellbeing interventions and grounding strategies
• Support pupils in classroom activities and therapeutic sessions
• Work closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and mental health professionals
• Promote positive behaviour, consistency, and emotional safety
• Build trusting relationships that help pupils feel understood and supported
