A specialist SEMH and SEN school in Newbury is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support young people with emotional and behavioural challenges. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, implementing behaviour support strategies, and helping students re-engage positively with learning. Ideal candidates are psychology, criminology, or education graduates who are patient and motivated to make a difference.

The position offers a salary ranging from £89 to £100 per day.
