We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across all primary year groups, supporting teaching and learning throughout the school.

• Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide classroom support and lead small-group interventions
• Work closely with teachers and senior leaders to support pupil progress
• Opportunity to contribute to planning and wider school activities
• Long-term role with potential to become permanent

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Confident delivering lessons independently
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, proactive and passionate about supporting children’s learning
• Experience across primary phases desirable but not essential

Start Date : ASAP or January

Contract :
Long-term; full-time preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
