A nurturing and forward-thinking SEN and SEMH school in Newbury is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join their multidisciplinary team.
As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant you will support pupils who face challenges related to anxiety, trauma, ADHD, Autism, and emotional regulation, helping them to engage with learning and develop healthy coping strategies.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

Supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
Assisting with therapeutic and behaviour support strategies
Building trusting relationships with pupils
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and mental health professionals
