The school supports pupils aged 4–18 with Autism, communication difficulties, sensory processing needs, and associated social and emotional challenges. Staff provide a structured, nurturing, and highly supportive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs.

As an Autism Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist with communication and social interaction skills
• Support sensory regulation and emotional wellbeing
• Implement structured routines and visual supports
• Work closely with SEN Teachers and Therapists
