Are you caring, patient, and interested in supporting children with complex learning needs?

A specialist SEN school in Newbury is currently seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Assistant to support students with a range of needs including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism (ASD), and physical disabilities.

In this Complex Needs Assistant role, you will provide vital support to pupils both in the classroom and during daily school activities. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students access learning, develop communication skills, and build independence.

As a Complex Needs Assistant
, your responsibilities may also include assisting with sensory activities, supporting communication strategies, and helping pupils with personal care where required.

• Role: Complex Needs Assistant
• Location: Newbury
• Salary: 89 - 100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Ideal for: Graduates in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or individuals with care experience
