A Specialist School in Newbury is looking for a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team immediately. The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will work with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support.
Responsibilities- Delivering 1:1 support to pupils
- Supporting behaviour management strategies
- Helping pupils build confidence and resilience
- Encouraging engagement in lessons
- Working collaboratively with school staff
- ASAP start in a desirable location
The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant will have a background in education, care, or youth work.
