• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Help students develop emotional resilience and coping strategies
• Support pupils experiencing anxiety, trauma, or behavioural challenges
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
• Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
