A Specialist SEN School in Newbury is seeking a dedicated, caring, and patient PMLD Assistant to join their team.

As a PMLD Assistant, you will:
Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with PMLD and complex needs.
Support students with their learning, communication, independence, and personal development.
Assist students in accessing activities and engaging positively throughout the school day.
Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, communication, and engagement.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract: Full-time
