About the role:

We are excited to offer this opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and industry-focused Lecturer and Course Leader in Building Services to join our Construction team. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about their trade and committed to helping learners develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in the industry. The role involves leading and delivering T-Level Building Services Engineering programmes, supporting learners throughout their studies and ensuring courses meet awarding body and industry requirements.

As a Lecturer and Course Leader, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and development of our Building Services provision. You will inspire and motivate learners, assess their progress, maintain high-quality course documentation and work closely with employers and industry partners to provide an engaging and relevant learning experience. You will also help shape the future of the curriculum by staying up to date with developments across the Building Services sector and implementing new ideas that enhance the learner experience.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Qualified and experienced in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related field
• Passionate about teaching and supporting learners to achieve their full potential
• Confident in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• A strong communicator who works effectively with learners, colleagues and employers
• Enthusiastic about sharing their industry knowledge and expertise
• Organised, proactive and committed to high standards
• Dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
