Academics is seeking a proactive Behaviour Mentor in Newbury to support pupils with behavioural needs and emotional challenges. The role is based in a specialist school, with a daily rate of £90-£105 and an ASAP start.
You will provide 1:1 support, implement de-escalation strategies, and work with teaching staff to foster positive behaviour, resilience and social skills in students within a structured learning environment.
